Important SmartTrakr Service Closure Notice

SmartTrakr ceased selling its QR storage labels on 9 August 2026.

The SmartTrakr app and associated online services will remain available to existing customers during a six-month wind-down period.

The SmartTrakr service is scheduled to close on 9 February 2027.

Until this date, existing customers can continue to use their SmartTrakr QR labels and the SmartTrakr app as normal.

 

Please save your SmartTrakr information

Before 9 February 2027, customers are strongly advised to use the PDF Export function within the SmartTrakr app to save the inventory information they wish to retain.

Please note: The PDF export includes one photograph. If you have additional photographs stored within SmartTrakr that you wish to keep, please save copies of these separately before the service closes.

Photographs and inventory information stored within the SmartTrakr cloud service may no longer be accessible after 9 February 2027.

Please save your exported PDF and any important photographs somewhere outside the SmartTrakr app, such as on your phone, computer or personal cloud storage.

After 9 February 2027, continued operation of the SmartTrakr app, cloud services and QR label functionality cannot be guaranteed.
